🚨 We're Hiring: Broker Account Associate 🚨

🌎 Location: Bogotá or Barranquilla, Colombia

🏢 100% On-Site

🕒 Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM COL Time

Are you experienced in the PEO industry and looking for an opportunity to grow in Employee Benefits? We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Broker Account Associate to support a top-producing General Agency and help manage employee benefits operations.

✅ What You'll Do

- Support Employee Benefits Account Management activities.

- Review and scrub RFP data intakes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Communicate with brokers to obtain missing information and documentation.

- Coordinate with internal spreadsheet teams regarding required data presentations.

- Manage internal operations related to data organization and file creation.

- Support the benefits renewal process.

- Assist in resolving broker inquiries and operational issues.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation while supporting a high-volume workflow.

✅ Requirements

✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in the PEO industry.

✔️ Experience in Employee Benefits.

✔️ Strong proficiency in:

- Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros)

- Microsoft Word

- Microsoft Power Point

✔️ Advanced English level (written and spoken).

✔️ Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

✔️ Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

✔️ Highly detail-oriented and organized.

⭐ Nice to Have

- Experience in the Health Insurance field.

- Previous experience supporting Broker Accounts.

- Experience handling RFPs and renewal processes.
