Are you a customer-focused, results-driven person with a passion for service and sales? We are seeking a Bilingual Insurance Representative Support to manage inbound/outbound calls, assist with quotes, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (70+ daily or 3-4 hours talk time).
• Provide tailored insurance quotes (auto, homeowners, commercial) and follow up within 24 hours.
• Manage policy renewals, cancellations, non-payment notices, and document uploads.
• Respond promptly via Outlook, Teams, Whats App, and VOIP systems.
• Log all client interactions in CRM systems.
• Maintain clear communication, solve issues, and submit daily progress reports.
• Full-time availability with flexibility for after-hours emergencies.
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office 365, QQCatalyst, Turbo Rater, Sign Now, and VOIP systems (Ring Central/Verve).
• Knowledge of insurance policies, carrier procedures, and documentation.
• Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Availability to work full-time and onsite in Chacao, Caracas.
