Scrum Master (Security) at Baires Dev

In this role, you'll guide agile delivery for a team working in the security space, keeping sprints focused and momentum steady. Your familiarity with security workflows lets you understand the unique context behind the team's priorities, anticipate friction points, and support the team effectively. • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove blockers and support team velocity and delivery predictability.
• Support backlog refinement with an understanding of security team priorities.
• Foster collaboration between security engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Strong background in security.
• Familiarity with App Sec.
• Fluency in Dev Sec Ops, vulnerability management, or cloud security domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Financial services or regulated industry experience.
• 100% remote work (from anywhere).
