Experienced Project Manager for Multi-Business Entrepreneur (Notion & Ai Expertise) Hourly

I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support an entrepreneur overseeing multiple diverse businesses for a few hours a week. The businesses are fun - consulting for cooperatively owned businesses, so helping start ups that are mission driven and the other business is an art business where we get contracts for artists. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining operations, breaking down large projects into manageable tasks, keeping the things on track and knowing what needs to happen and when. This will be a contract where I would want you to get to know the businesses to be able to asses for yourself what needs to be done. A strong proficiency in Notion is essential, as it is the primary platform for task management and organization. Experience with AI-integrated workflows and tools is also a must, because I use AI extensively in their operations. The role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively asses - emails, tasks, communication with me, drafting writings etc. No communication with clients, just with me and I do speak spanish as well. Key responsibilities include: managing project tasks, prioritizing, tracking progress, optimizing Notion workspaces.
