Staff Software Engineer (Python) at Baires Dev

In this role, you'll bring technical leadership to API-driven products used by partners, balancing hands-on engineering with design decisions that shape the platform's direction.

• Design and evolve external APIs for partners
• Build data products and APIs from the ground up.
• Contribute to the architecture of Saa S and API-as-a-Service offerings in the cloud.
• Apply serverless and Dev Ops practices to deliver reliably.
• Lead technical design decisions across teams.
• 8+ years of experience with Python and either C#/.NET or Java.
• Background designing external APIs for partners, including versioning, authentication, and rate limiting.
• Hands-on work building Saa S or API-as-a-Service products.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with serverless architectures, Dev Ops practices, and API gateways.
• Advanced level of English.
