Executive Assistant & Coaching Operations Manager

Full-Time | Remote | Latin America

Business: Queen Of Wholesaling Land | Laraque Capital Group LLC

Reports to: Dherby Laraque, CEO

Pay: $7–$10 USD/hour. Training starts at $7/hour. Quarterly performance bonuses available.

Schedule: Eastern Time business hours

Start: Asap; training begins immediately after hire.

About the role

we’re seeking a proactive, resourceful executive assistant & coaching operations manager to own daily operations, marketing coordination, and the student experience for an established land coaching business.

You’ll be the CEO’s trusted second brain: anticipating needs, managing priorities, coordinating people, and solving problems independently. We need someone who thinks like a manager, takes initiative, and follows through without constant direction.

Training on our specific systems and processes is provided. You bring strong judgment, communication, organization, and ownership.

Key responsibilities

• executive support: manage the ceo’s business inbox, calendar, appointments, priorities, and follow-ups. Coordinate meetings, collaborations, and commitments.

• Coaching operations: Coordinate coaches, contractors, classes, calls, reminders, materials, and recordings. Quickly turn Dherby’s notes into polished class slides using Canva or Google Slides.

• Social media: Maintain content calendars; draft captions; create Canva graphics and simple video edits; repurpose recordings and testimonials; schedule and publish posts; monitor comments and DMs; track engagement.

• Email marketing: Prepare weekly newsletters, promotional campaigns, event reminders, and follow-up emails. Test links, formatting, audience selection, and scheduling before sending.

• Go High Level: Maintain client records, pipelines, tags, follow-up tasks, marketing campaigns, social scheduling, and automations. Identify and troubleshoot routine workflow issues.

• Community and student support: Manage Mighty Networks activity, welcome members, coordinate onboarding, resolve access issues, upload replays, and support engagement and retention.

• Enrollment support: Respond to inquiries using approved program information, share registration links, and follow up on incomplete enrollments and outstanding payments.

• Projects and events: Coordinate webinars, challenges, launches, workshops, and retreats. Track timelines, deliverables, registration, communications, and follow-up.

• Accountability: Keep systems and resources organized, document recurring processes, provide concise updates, and recommend improvements.

Decision-making authority

you’ll independently handle daily operations within established guidelines. Bring solutions and recommendations when CEO input is needed. High-level spending, significant financial commitments, and major business changes require CEO approval.

Include second brain in all caps in your application’s opening line to be considered.

Tools and skills

platforms: gohighlevel/flow fusion, mighty networks, canva, webinarjam/webinarfuel, google workspace, loom, zoom, and slack/discord.

Gohighlevel proficiency is a highly valued skill, particularly crm management, email campaigns, social planner, pipelines, and automations. It will be our central platform for clients, marketing, and social media.

You should have

• excellent spoken and written english. Spanish is helpful for translation and support.

• Familiarity with social media scheduling, email marketing, Canva, and presentation creation.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, discretion, and independent problem-solving.

• Confidence coordinating clients, coaches, and contractors.

• Ability to learn software quickly and manage competing deadlines.

• Prior executive assistant, coaching business, or operations experience is highly preferred.

• A reliable computer, high-speed internet, VPN, and dependable workspace.

• Full-time availability during Eastern Time business hours.

submit through workana:

1. Your résumé in English.

2. A brief summary of your relevant experience, including Go High Level, social media, email marketing, and Canva.

3. Your country, time zone, Eastern Time availability, and earliest start date.

4. Your requested hourly rate within the advertised range.

5. A specific problem you solved independently: the situation, your actions, and the outcome.

First-round candidates should be prepared to submit a 2–3 minute introduction video in English covering their background, interest in this role, hands-on software experience, and an example of deciding what to handle independently versus escalating to a CEO. Speak naturally in your own words.
