Senior Software Engineer (Python) at Baires Dev

As a Senior Software Engineer at Baires Dev, you will architect and develop sophisticated software solutions using Python. You'll lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and create high-performance, scalable applications that solve complex business challenges across various domains.

What You'll Do:

- Design and implement complex, scalable backend systems and microservices using Python.

- Lead technical design and architectural decisions for software solutions.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical excellence and best practices.

- Develop high-performance, efficient, and maintainable Python applications.

- Implement advanced data processing and backend solutions using Python frameworks.

- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and ensure high-quality software development.

What We Are Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience with Python software development.

- Strong expertise in Python ecosystem and advanced software architecture.

- Proficiency in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, Fast API) and backend technologies.

- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms.

- Advanced knowledge of software design patterns and system optimization.

- Advanced level of English.
