Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where you are strongest.Key Responsibilities Maintain purchase, order and shipment records.Follow up with suppliers and logistics contacts on status and missing information.Track delivery dates and flag delays or discrepancies.Prepare updates and supporting documents for purchasing and operations teams.Qualifications2+ years of relevant professional experience.Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.Practical experience with purchasing, inventory, shipment tracking and spreadsheet systems.Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.Nice-to-Haves Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support.
