What We're Looking For

We want someone who:

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to generate applications through prompts without understanding the underlying code.

We want an experienced engineer who uses AI as a powerful development tool.

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Proven experience independently delivering production software.
• Strong proficiency in Java Script/Type Script and at least one modern backend development environment.
• Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, or comparable frameworks.
• Experience designing and working with relational databases, such as Postgre SQL.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience deploying applications to AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel, or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and production debugging.
• Experience using AI coding tools in real development workflows.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take responsibility for completed deliverables.
• Ability to work with Codex, Claude Code, and more.
• Takes ownership rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
• Enjoys building useful products and solving business problems.
• Uses AI to become more productive without sacrificing engineering quality.
• Understands the difference between a working prototype and reliable production software.
• Communicates proactively when encountering obstacles.
• Can explain technical decisions to nontechnical business leaders.
• Values clean architecture, security, testing, and long-term maintainability.
