POSITION TITLE: Analyst, Marketplace & Delivery

REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Marketplace & Delivery

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Analyst, Marketplace & Delivery is responsible for supporting the growth and optimization of Inspire Brands’ marketplace and delivery performance across owned and third-party channels. This role leverages data-driven insights, industry research, and cross-functional collaboration to inform strategic decisions, enhance marketplace performance, and support partnership management with delivery service providers. The Analyst plays a key role in performance reporting, marketing analysis, database stewardship, and identifying new growth opportunities across channels and products.

• Serve as the central owner of marketplace performance tracking and marketing analysis, developing and maintaining consistent reporting frameworks across brands and delivery partners.
• Build, maintain, and analyze marketing performance across the Inspire portfolio, acting as a key liaison between internal media tracking teams and marketplace strategy stakeholders.
• Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to internal teams and partners, highlighting key trends and providing actionable recommendations across brands and marketplace channels.
• Conduct research on delivery and marketplace trends, including macroeconomic factors and industry developments, to inform strategic direction and identify growth opportunities.
• Support partnership management and contract negotiations with delivery service providers by performing financial and business impact analyses of commercial terms.
• Support communication standardization across the delivery business through development of presentation templates and coordination of reporting outputs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Marketplace dashboards and database tools, including supporting Power BI dashboard development, and ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and ongoing enhancements through cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist in evaluating and launching new channels and product innovations through vendor research, partner vetting, and financial and business case analysis.
• Support annual budget forecasting, tracking, and ongoing updates throughout the year.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to support decisions with data and insights
• Knowledge in Excel and Power BI
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in a cross-functional environment
• Collaborative relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills
• Understanding of third-party delivery service provider (DSP) business models and processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results under pressure
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate business needs into actionable processes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to a variety of stakeholders
