Final engagement terms are confirmed during hiring.Position Overview: Conduct detailed assessment and intake calls with prospective customers.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct detailed assessment and intake calls with prospective customers.- Document needs, use sound judgment and coordinate referrals and handoffs.- Maintain careful confidentiality in healthcare, behavioral-health or similar intake work.Qualifications:- At least 2 years as Intake Coordinator or similar in healthcare, behavioral health, social services, or patient/customer intake- Clear English communication for US business collaboration.Additional Relevant Experience:- Strong intake documentation, judgment, referrals/hand-offs, and HIPAA-level confidentiality- Behavioral-health, mental-health, or substance-use intake experience Resume Submission Guidelines: Paste your complete English resume into the Sagan application form, with at least 1,000 characters.
